Referee's Crease Horizon Group to Begin Assigning at ALL BlackBear Sports Group Facilities

Beginning on January 1, 2024, all games assigned out of any BlackBear Sports Group facility (listed below) will be assigned using the "Referee's Crease" assigning group on Horizon Web Ref. This includes all games at the following facilities in the Atlantic Affiliate:

Grundy (Bristol, PA)
Ice Land (Hamilton, NJ)
Igloo (Mt. Laurel, NJ)
Jersey Shore Arena (Wall, NJ)
Klick Lewis Arena (Palmyra, PA)
Northeast Skate Zone (Philadelphia, PA)
Patriot Ice Center (Newark, DE)
Pennsauken Skate Zone (Pennsauken, NJ)
Pro Skate (Monmouth Junction, NJ)
Revolution and Bucks (Warminster, PA)
Skylands (Stockholm, NJ)
SportsCare Arena (Randolph, NJ)
Twin Ponds East (Mechanicsburg, PA)
York (York, PA)

In order to continue skating games at these facilities, you will need to join the "Referee's Crease" group on Horizon. 

To register on the Referees Crease Horizon site - 

  • Go to Horizonwebref.com
  • Select new registration.
  • Enter in association number 205137
  • Please fill out all the forms. If you are under 18, please use a parent’s email as the secondary contact.
  • Horizon will then send you a password. If you do not receive a password, check your spam folder.
  • When in the system, fill out your availability calendar.  You will need to add a picture no later than thirty (30) days after you join. 
  • Fill out the W9 and join the online pay system. You need to complete these steps to get paid.  
  • You will need to sign up for the Horizon Payroll System
  • If you do not want to use your pin number put in your wrong pin number 2-3 times it will prompt you to use your routing & checking account number.
  • Horizon will then deposit 2 micro deposits in your account, (2-3 business days) then confirm your deposits and you are good to go.
