The AAHA officiating community sends our deepest condolences to the family and many friends of former official Eddie Shacklett.

"Shack" was often seen around the Philadelphia area, skating youth and men's league games. He was beloved by his parters, players, and coaches alike. He was a joy to everyone he encountered. 

Many have called him, "A good ref, a better friend, and an overall great person" in sharing remembrances of him on social media. 

A viewing for Eddie Shacklett is being held this Friday, January 12 from 4pm-7pm. The viewing will be at McGhee-Givnish Funeral Home at 690 Belmont Ave in Southampton, PA.
